- 2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2/3 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 cream of mushroom soup
- 4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Directions

1Cook seasoned squash with onion until tender; drain.

2Add egg, cracker crumbs, cheese and mushroom soup.

3Blend well.

4Mix some more cracker crumbs with melted butter and crumble on top.

5Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
