- 1 can Whole Kernel Corn
- 1 can Black Beans
- 1 whole Red Onion
- 4 whole Jalapenos
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 2 whole Limes
- 1 pinch Kosher Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
Directions

1Drain and rinse corn and black beans.

2Dice red onion.

3Halve the jalapenos and remove seeds and veins.

4Finely chop/mince.

5Strip 1/2 of the cilantro, and finely chop.

6Mix all of the above together.

7Add the juice of the limes.
-
8Salt and pepper to taste.

9Adjustments should be made to achieve preferred taste.

10Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
