  • 3/4 c. yellow corn meal
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Put first 5 ingredients in pan on top of stove and bring to a boil.

    Remove from stove and add remaining ingredients.
  3. 3
    Pour into greased Pyrex bowl and bake at 425° for 1/2 hour.
