  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 egg
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp. drippings or butter
  • 1 large Tbsp. sugar

    Add buttermilk and egg, stirring until combined.
