- 2 Tbsp. meat drippings
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 2 c. self-rising white corn meal
Directions

1Melt drippings in 10-inch iron skillet in hot oven (425°). Add milk, egg and drippings to corn meal.

2Stir until well blended.

3Pour into hot, prepared skillet.

4Bake in preheated oven at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.
