- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
Directions

1In one bowl, combine dry ingredients.

2In another bowl, combine liquids and eggs.

3Add flour mixture to liquids and stir just until batter is smooth.

4Do not overbeat.

5Pour into a greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

6Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
