- 2 c. corn meal
- salt
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 stick butter
Directions

1Cook water and corn meal until thick, then add remaining ingredients.

2Bake at 450° for 15 minutes, then 350° for 1 hour. Grease pan well.

3This will keep in the refrigerator if wrapped in foil or in Tupperware bowl.
