  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. oil

    Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately.

    Pour the liquid mixture into the cornmeal mixture.

    Stir only enough to combine.
