- 1/2 c. flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately.

2Pour the liquid mixture into the cornmeal mixture.
