  • 2 c. corn meal
  • 7 Tbsp. Crisco or margarine
  • 2 c. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 7 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in saucepan.

    Cook on top of stove until thickened.

    Pour into a loaf pan and bake at 375° until browned, about 1 1/2 hours.

    Grease pan lightly.
