  • 1 c. self-rising corn meal (if plain corn meal is used, add 3 tsp. baking powder and 1 1/2 tsp. salt)
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs

Directions
