  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. cornmeal
  • 1 c. milk (more or less)

Directions

    In large iron skillet, melt 1 stick of margarine.

    Mix together the rest of ingredients.

    It should be soupy.

    Pour into melted margarine.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
