- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
- 2 egg whites
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Stir together flour, sugar and cornmeal.

3Stir together egg whites, oil and milk.

4Add baking powder to liquids and dissolve completely.

5Add liquids to dry ingredients.

6Mix just until smooth.

7Pour into greased 7 or 8-inch pan.

8Bake in 425° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

9Makes 6 servings.
