  • 1 c. self-rising corn meal
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 2 eggs

    Preheat oven to 400°. Generously grease sides and bottom of cast-iron skillet or 9-inch square pan. Mix all ingredients and pour into pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
