- 1 c. self-rising meal
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 egg
- 1 c. sweet milk
- 4 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Mix meal and flour in a bowl.

2Add egg and milk; mix this all together and add oil.

3Pour in baking dish or pan and bake 20 to 30 minutes in a preheated 450° oven.

4Bake in 10-inch skillet for thin corn bread or smaller skillet for thicker bread.
