- 1 c. corn meal
- 1/3 stick butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Add corn meal, salt, sugar and boiling water. Stir together well in medium large saucepan.

3Cook until thick. Beat together eggs, milk and flour and stir into mixture in saucepan.

4Stir well.

5Melt 2 to 3 tablespoons butter in baking dish.

6Pour mixture into pan.

7Bake at 400° for 1 hour.
