- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted

3in a medium bowl stir together cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
