  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mexican cornbread
  • 2 (17 oz.) cans cream corn
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except cheese.

    Pour into lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish.

    Bake at 400° for 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 5 minutes more.
