- 1 (9 or 10-inch) skillet of cooked corn bread
- 2 stalks celery, diced up
- 1 medium onion, grated
- black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. sage (more or less to suit your taste)
- chicken broth or turkey broth
Directions

1Crumble up bread in bowl.

2Add diced celery and onion to bread.

3Add pepper and sage.

4Mix all together, then add broth to mixture until bread is very moist.

5Pour in baking dish or add to your chicken or turkey and bake.
