Ingredients
- 3 c. corn bread
- 3 c. toasted bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup (optional)
- 1 lb. pan sausage
- turkey giblets
- 1 Tbsp. chopped celery
- salt, pepper and poultry seasoning
Directions

1Cover giblets with water; boil until tender.

2Remove from broth and cool.

3Chop giblets, celery, onions and sausage.

4Add to broth and cook until done.

5Add more water if needed.

6Crumble corn bread and bread crumbs.

7Mix all ingredients in large bowl and season to taste using salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.

8Add chopped parsley.

9If mixture is too dry, add cream of chicken soup.

10Stuff in turkey or bake separately in greased dish at 375° for 45 to 60 minutes.
