  • Martha White corn bread mix (4 pkg.)
  • 4 strips celery
  • 1 large onion
  • 6 eggs
  • poultry seasoning
  • salt
  • pepper
  • turkey broth

    Make corn bread mix.

    Chop celery and onion (very fine) and parboil until tender.

    Add this to corn bread (cooked and broken into small pieces).

    Add eggs and poultry seasoning to taste.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Add turkey broth.

    (This should be of a soft consistency, but not watery.)

    Put into well-greased pan (preferably cast-iron skillet) and bake at 400° until brown (usually 25 minutes).
