Ingredients
- 1 skillet corn bread
- 4 eggs, boiled and chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
- 1/2 tsp. pepper or to taste
- 2 Tbsp. sage
- 1 lb. chicken livers, chopped and cooked
- chicken broth
Directions

1After cooking corn bread, cool and crumble.

2Add all ingredients, except broth.

3Mix well.

4Add broth, enough to make very juicy (as it will thicken when cooking).

5Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until top is brown.
