  • 3 1/2 c. rhubarb-cut up
  • 2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Place rhubarb in pie shell.

    Mix all ingredients and pour over rhubarb.

    Bake in 425° oven for 15 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350°.
