- 6 c. crumbled corn bread
- 3 c. crumbled loaf bread
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 3 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. chicken or turkey broth
Directions

1Melt one stick of margarine and add onion and celery.

2Cook until tender. Add to bread crumbs and seasoning.

3Stir in beaten eggs.

4Add enough broth to make dressing very moist.

5Bake at 400° in a well-greased pan.

6Right before dressing gets brown, melt stick of margarine and pour over dressing.

7Cook until brown.
