- 8 corn bread 8 inch, cut into cubes or 12 small corn bread muff
- 1 head romaine lettuce torn or cut roughly
- 1 pound edamame shelled
- 2 tomatoes thick sliced
- 1/4 onion - red or yellow, diced small
- 2 tablespoons chives dried
- 1 bottle blue cheese dressing
Directions

1Layer the salad in a large bowl in the following order, lettuce, 1/2 cornbread, onion, tomatoes, edamame, then rest of cornbread.

2Garnish with chives and serve with dressing, on side
