- 6 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 2 1/2 c. corn bread, crumbled
- 1 3/4 c. bread cubes
- 1 c. corn
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Melt oleo in a large skillet.

2Add onions and celery. Cook until onions are soft.

3Remove from heat and place in a bowl.

4Add remaining ingredients and seasonings. Toss lightly to combine. Makes about 4 cups.
