  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 6 slices white bread, crumbled
  • 5 c. or 6 box Jiffy prepared corn bread, crumbled
  • 3 c. chicken or turkey broth or more (to make soggy)
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled

    Saute onion and celery in butter.

    Add rest, adding enough broth to make real soggy.
