Corn & Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 (12 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

    Mix corn, broccoli, egg and onion gently.

    Season with salt and pepper and pour into a buttered 1 quart casserole.

    Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and dot with margarine.

    Bake at 350* for 35-40 minutes.
