  • 2 c. ground rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 bananas, chopped
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Combine oats, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Combine bananas, honey, oil and eggs in blender container. Process until smooth. Add to dry ingredients; mix well. Stir in pecans.

    Spoon into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 375° for 45 to 60 minutes or until bread tests done. Remove to wire rack to cool.
