- 2 cans yellow cream-style corn
- 1 small box Minute rice
- 1 stick oleo
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Melt oleo in dish; saute onions and pepper in melted oleo. Remove from heat.

2Add corn, rice and pimento; stir.

3Season to taste.

4Cover with cheese.

5Bake at 350° until cheese browns on edges.
