  • 1 can corn, partly drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 1 stick butter, softened

    Mix everything together and bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 40 to 50 minutes at 375°.
