  • 2 cans Green Giant Mexicorn
  • 1 pkg. Mahatma yellow rice
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. shredded cheese (sharp or mild)

Directions

    Prepare rice according to package directions, add butter and stir until melted, then add corn and soup. Stir in cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, remove from oven and sprinkle some cheese on top and paprika for color. Add more cheese if you like.
