  • 2 (12 oz.) cans white Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 jalapeno

    Remove seeds from jalapeno and dice. Combine all ingredients in casserole dish and bake or microwave until creamy.
