- 1 (15 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 (15 oz.) can whole corn (not drained)
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix all but cheese in a greased casserole dish.

2Bake for 30 minutes in a 350° oven.

3Stir in the cheese and smooth the top. Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes more until set.
