Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (15 oz.) can whole corn (not drained)
  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix all but cheese in a greased casserole dish.

    Bake for 30 minutes in a 350° oven.

    Stir in the cheese and smooth the top. Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes more until set.
