- 1 can cream-style corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can whole corn, drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Directions

1Mix together all ingredients except cheese. Place in a lightly greased casserole dish. Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top and return to oven for 15 minutes or until center is firm.
