- 1 stick butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 can regular corn Niblets
- 1 can creamed corn
Directions

1Melt the stick of butter in ovenproof casserole dish.

2Put 2 eggs into large mixing bowl and beat.

3Add sour cream, melted butter and mix.

4Add 1 package of corn muffin mix and mix again. Add corn Niblets and creamed corn, mix and put in casserole and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
