  • 1 c. whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1 small sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix everything together and put in a buttered casserole dish (9 x 13-inches). You can add cheese on top. Bake at 400° for 40 minutes.
