  • 1 can (17 oz.) yellow creamed corn
  • 1 can (17 oz.) white whole kernel corn with liquid
  • 1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. cubed processed cheese (Velveeta or Cheez Whiz)
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    (Do not cook macaroni.)

    Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.

    Bake at 350°, covered, for 30 minutes and uncovered, for 30 minutes.

    It makes approximately 6 to 8 servings for a side dish or 4 to 6 servings for a main dish.
