  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 stick melted butter

Directions

    Drain corn and reserve 1/4 cup of liquid.

    Mix everything, except cheese, together and pour into greased or Pam sprayed pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 30 to 40 minutes longer, until set.
