  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • 16 oz. can cream-style corn
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 16 oz. can whole kernel corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions

    Blend all of the ingredients together and bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.

    Sprinkle 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese over the top and bake for 15 minutes more.
