  • 1 (16 oz) bag frozen corn
  • 3 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 Tbsp milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Cream butter, cheese and milk until smooth.

    Add corn and mix.

    Pour in well greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
