  • 11 oz. can sweet corn with red and green peppers
  • 5 oz. pkg. saffron yellow rice mix
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook rice; add margarine and stir, then add corn, soup and cheese.

    Bake in a greased dish for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
