  • 1 (No. 2) can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
  • 1 (No. 2) can cream-style corn
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 small pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and pour in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
