  • 1 can whole kernel corn (not drained)
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and bake at 450° for 1 hour.

    For the last 10 minutes, take out of the oven and put Cheddar cheese on top and melt.
