  • 2 cans Mexicorn
  • 1 pkg. Mahatma yellow rice
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. sharp cheese

Directions

    Prepare rice according to package directions. Add margarine; stir until melted. Add corn and soup. Add grated cheese (more, if desired). Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven and add some more grated cheese on top.
