  • 2 c. cream-style corn (large can)
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • salt
  • pepper
  • dried onions to taste (1 tsp.)
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and pour into casserole dish in which the stick of margarine has been melted.

    Bake at 350° about 45 minutes.
