- 1 can whole corn (do not drain)
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1 stick margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- minced onion
Directions

1Saute in frying pan margarine and onion.

2Mix together in large bowl eggs, whole corn plus juice and creamed corn.

3Add muffin mix.

4Add margarine and onion; mix well.

5Pour into 2-quart buttered casserole dish.

6Sprinkle with cheese.

7Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
