- 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
- 2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Combine corn, sour cream and slightly beaten eggs.

2Add sugar and melted margarine.

3Stir in muffin mix.

4Pour batter in ungreased 8 x 11-inch casserole.

5Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cheese.

6Return to oven for 6 to 8 minutes to melt cheese.
