  • 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Combine corn, sour cream and slightly beaten eggs.

    Add sugar and melted margarine.

    Stir in muffin mix.

    Pour batter in ungreased 8 x 11-inch casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cheese.

    Return to oven for 6 to 8 minutes to melt cheese.
