  • 1 - 15 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 - 15 ounce can cream style corn
  • 1 package Jiffy Cornbread Mix
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. Melt margarine in 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan in oven. Mix all ingredients (including margarine after melting) together. Bake at 350° for 45 - 55 minutes.
