- 2 lb. carrots
- 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 can prepared apple pie filling
- paprika
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
Directions

1Clean and slice carrots into 1-inch diagonal pieces and cook until barely tender.

2Drain.

3Mix with apple pie filling and pineapple.

4Spread mixture in large casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

5Sprinkle with brown sugar.

6Dot with butter and sprinkle lightly with paprika.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

8Makes a nice accompaniment to ham.
