  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 can corn (whole kernel)
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion or green pepper (optional)
